Velodrome on Oahu?

from the Tradewind Cycling Team Facebook Page….
It all starts a dream… We’ve tossed the idea around before. With the help of HBL, HPU engineering students and some friends from the cycling community small steps have been taken to view the possibility of a velodrome in Hawaii. Please take the time to take this survey, they only have a week to collect this data before they present it to the City and other institutions. Thank you.
