2016 King of the Mountain Rick Beach of Kauai/Oahu (in the Kauai-style “yellow jersey”) and Queen of the Mountain Line Gullicksen of Norway.

At Pedal to the Meadow, Rick Beach defended his King of the Mountain title and Line Gullicksen set a new women’s race record. The first link is to results by category; the second is overall.

2015 — P2M 2015 RESULTS
“C’mon boys!”  — The standing women’s record for P2M was crushed by Monique van der Aa of Tradewind Cycling Team, who climbed in 1:16:45. She placed 12th overall in a field of over 90 riders.
Kauai’s own Rick Beach reclaimed King of the Mountain status with a time of 1:07:06, on a misty cool day in the upland forest. Links to PDFs of final results:

2014 — P2M 2014 RESULTS
A record ride in the rain!
Mark Galedo, the professional from RoadBike Philippines, re-set the course record with 0:58:02. With cooler temperatures and a beautifully repaved road, many riders achieved new personal-best times, including women’s race winner Monique van der Aa of Tradewind Cycling Team, in at 1:23:22.

2013 — P2M 2013 RESULTS
The first two racers to cross the finish line both broke Eric Lau’s 2012 course record.  This year’s overall winner was Mark Galedo, a pro rider from RoadBike Philippines who came in at 0:59:29. Hawai`i amateur Penn Henderson flew in one minute later at 1:00:33. Jason Smith of Oahu took third and Kauai locals rounded out the top five– past winner Rick Beach, and Chris Marsh. The women’s race was won by Pamella Stuart of Maui in 1:22:18. Tradewind Cycling Team women Krissandra Darrah of Maui and Monique van der Aa of O`ahu also stood on the podium.
